Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

    The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
    The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    Items purchased on final sale or marked as "clearance."
  
Process for Returns

    Contact us at hello@watsupwaiheke.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your t-shirt.
    Provide your order details and reason for the return.
    Once approved, send the item to:
    14 Mitchell Road, Surfdale, Waiheke Island 1081, Auckland, New Zealand

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

    If you need a different size or colour, we offer exchanges based on stock availability. Contact us to arrange this.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@watsupwaiheke.co.nz. We will cover return shipping and replace the item or issue a full refund.
